Hon. Gbolahan Ogunleye and Hon. Nurudeen Solaja have both emerged as the flagbearers for APC Ikorodu Constituency 1 and 2 respectively.
The elections for the two constituencies were held on Friday after being postponed the previous day.

Hon.Solaja pipped his opponent, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun 23 votes to 17 votes to pick up the party’s ticket, gunning for his third term in office.
Hon. Ogunleye, on the other hand, got 38 votes, with Toying Gafar Bolowotan coming closest, scooping 16 and SOB having zero vote.
