Ijede, 27 April 2023 – Earlier today, the Executive Chairman of Ijede LCDA, Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, received members of the Ad-Hoc Committee on Primary Health Care from the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Led by the Committee’s Chairman, Hon. Noheem Adams, and Hon. Femi Saheed, the delegation visited the Abule-Eko Primary Health Center and Madan Primary Health Center in Ijede LCDA for inspection purposes.
During the visit, the Council Chairman expressed her delight in showcasing the LCDA to the honorable members. She was accompanied by key members of her team, including the Council Manager, Alh. Abdul-Azeez Ademola, the Council MOH, Dr. Saheed Tajudeen, and the Supervisor for Health, Mr. Shakirudeen Gbolahan Quadri.
In her interaction with the delegation, she appealed for increased support from the State Government to upgrade and equip existing health facilities in Ijede LCDA, aiming to enhance the standard of healthcare services provided to residents.
