Ikorodu City FC returned to winning note on Saturday, defeating Ibom Youths by three goals to nil.
Goals from Tosin Oyedokun, Paul Ogunkoya and Salami Farouk were enough on the day to see Ikorodu City FC get past Ibom Youths, picking up their first three points in three games.
This win restores hope to the jobs of the technical crew after being given a three-match ultimatum of which they had lost one, and now have won one.
On the log, the win sees the team moving up from their previous ninth position to sixth place tied on 18 points with Ekiti United.
Their next game which should determine the fate of the technical crew is away to 11th placed Julius Atete in Delta state next weekend.
